• Returns: You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

• Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

• Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to initiate the process.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Processing Time: Please note these are preorders and will be shipped at a later date. Once your order is processed through at the release date, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
