The following policies help us ensure fair access, respect for practitioner time, and continuity of care for all clients and participants. General Booking Terms: By booking a service (in-person or online), you agree to the terms outlined below. Please ensure you review all confirmation emails and any intake forms before your session or course begins. Online Courses & Programs (e.g. Olfactory Reboot) Registration: Available on our website through a dedicated course sign-up page. Fee: As listed on each course page (introductory offers may apply). Delivery: Live Zoom sessions + supplementary digital materials. Refund Policy: 30-day money-back guarantee if you are unsatisfied and have participated in at least one session. After 30 days, refunds will not be issued. Requests must be made via email Missed Sessions: We do not offer partial refunds for missed live sessions. Course recordings and materials will be made available to support continued learning at your own pace.
